Description:

The Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) is prepared for the proposed Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) project at the North Portal (Semantan Launch Shaft) construction site in Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur, near the exit from Lebuhraya Mahameru. This development will involve the construction of an underground rail portal and a TNB sub-station building. The objective of erosion control is to limit the amount and rate of erosion occurring on disturbed areas. In addition, the purpose of sediment control is the capture the soil that has been eroded before it leaves the construction site.
