ZHL ENGINEERS SDN BHD was established to bring together a team of professionals and to provide comprehensive consulting services in Civil & Structural Engineering and Project Management.

The Company Directors are highly experienced in various fields such as all aspects of Project Management Services, Geotechnical & Structural Engineering, Water Supply Engineering, Infrastructure Development, Hydrology, Hydraulic, Water Resources Engineering, Stormwater Management (MSMA Facilities), Flood Forecasting & Warning Systems, Stormwater & Drainage Master Plan, Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP), Dam Break Analysis, Dam Safety & Emergency Response Plan.
